Enhancing Wellbeing for Essential Workers

67% of essential workers couldn't locate their own health data in the ESNTL Wellness app. As lead moderator on a cross-functional team, I ran 5 of 6 usability sessions, mapped the comprehension gap, and delivered 6 prioritized recommendations to Concentrix and Apple.
